Join us for a FREE, OUTDOOR Kick It By Eliza® class at the Boston Gardens featuring Steph Wong and Meg Gallagher!
Kick It By Eliza® is a 13-round fitness method that is music driven, sweat inducing, and kickboxing-inspired.
We will all meet at Athleta Newbury at 6pm for a sip and shop pre-class! Athleta will also host a raffle for all attendees during the sip and shop with refreshments and light snacks for all participants. We will walk over the Gardens together for class.
To foster a sense of community and the Kick It Crew, the class partners up half way through to shadowbox with each other. This fun, high-intensity interval training will not only give you all of the physical benefits, but also will leaving you feeling empowered and ready to start your day!
Athleta has changing rooms, restrooms, and a water fountain for attendees’ use. Please arrive 10 minutes early for class to sign in.
We have a limited number of mats available for you to use for the end of class, so please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
**Please bring all your belongings with you to the Gardens for class!**
For safety, we ask that all attendees sign a participation waiver and we also lock our doors after the start of class.
Latecomers will not be permitted entry.
About Steph and Meg:
Steph and Meg met two years ago when they became certified Kick It By Eliza® instructors together. They have been "kickin' it" since! They went through the certification process for many reasons-- to get out of their comfort zones, embrace both the physical and mental positive vibes of the class, and to meet other strong, incredible women in a supportive community.
We are excited to have Steph and Meg co-teach together! Be sure to check out Steph's class at Evolve Fitness Cambridge every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and give out a shout-out to Meg- this is her second debut with Athleta Newbury!
